We cannot say enough good things about Ryan Fletcher and the Fletcher Development team. We purchased a "spec" home from Fletcher in mid-2016. From the time we first saw the house in mid-June, as it was nearing completion, we fell in love with Fletcher's work. We closed on the home quickly with Ryan's steady hand leading the way.

The attention to detail in his building is truly outstanding, from exquisite trim work to top of the line construction material and more. On the spec house they did not skimp on anything, and we are proud owners of one of Fletcher's HOBI Award winning homes.

Approximately a year after purchasing the home, we decided to add on a back patio, and the obvious and best choice was to work with Fletcher. Again, all of the work was executed in a timely manner, on budget, and with great care in the details. Throughout the process Fletcher communicated clearly, checked in with us often, and made great decisions on our behalf. The patio is now our favorite "room," and was part of a photo shoot done on our home for a local magazine.

As much as we appreciate the expert craftsmanship and top-notch work, we feel the people at Fletcher are equally impressive. The office is responsive, the project managers are extremely easy to work with, and the site workers are professional.
